Udacity is quite an expensive e-learning platform and requires intense learning. This is not for everyone but for those who are sure they need this kind of investment. A nano degree program is worth it for people who plan to change a career or upskill and find it hard to build learning themselves with content available online for free. If you want to do this as a hobby or are not sure about your career plans, this is probably is not the best option for you.

Udacity has a monthly-based or pay-as-you-go pricing model when you pay a fixed price of $399 per month. So, if a course takes 3 months to complete, you’ll pay $1596 in total.

Udacity free trial
The company has quite an extensive free trial of 30 days. This free trial is available for students who pay for Nanodegree on a monthly basis. When you sign up, you will see $0.00 at checkout. Then, you will be charged on the same calendar date as their enrollment date next month. This offer is only available for first time purchasers only.

Udacity’s payment methods
As you already know, Udacity has two pricing options: paying as you go (per month) or paying upfront. In the first case, you have two payment options: card or Paypal. In the second case, there is another payment method–Affirm.
Affirm is a credit service that allows splitting a monthly payment plan over 3, 6, or 12 months. With Affirm, you choose how much you’ll pay per month with rates from 0-30% APR.
How to sign up for Udacity’s program?
Enrolling in a course on Udacuty and paying for it is quite a simple process. Here is how to do this:

Udacity refund and cancellation policy
Udacity has a two-first-days refund policy, meaning you can cancel your subscription within the first 2 days from your first month of enrollment and get a full refund. Then, you won’t be charged again but will remain enrolled in the program until the end of this billing period. During this period, you’ll see the “Cancel Pending” on your program card.
If you are a resident of the EU, you can cancel your enrollment within the first 14 days of your subscription.
